At Qualityveda, we are committed to delivering your training certificates with efficiency and care. Below are the details of our shipping policy for ISO15189 training program certificates:
Soft Copy Certificate: Upon completion of the training program, each candidate will receive a soft copy of their certificate via email within 24 hours.
Hard Copy Certificate: We will ship the hard copy of the certificate to all candidates within India within 7 days of the completion of the training program. For international candidates, the delivery may take between 7 to 15 days.
In the event that a certificate is not delivered or returned to our office, we will arrange for a reshipment at no additional cost.

Candidates are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during registration to ensure smooth delivery of their certificates.
Any changes to the shipping address should be communicated to us at the earliest to avoid any delivery delays or complications.
For hard copy certificates, candidates will be provided with tracking information once the shipment is dispatched. This allows candidates to monitor the status of their delivery.
